Catina Burton


Catina Burton, Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management, brings over 18 years of healthcare administration experience and 12 years of revenue cycle experience to Orthopedic Care Partners (OCP). Her history of working for hospitals and large, multi-state physician group practices makes her experience fundamental to the financial health of OCP.

Orthopedic Care Partners is one of the largest private equity-backed orthopedic platforms in the U.S. It is the holding company for The Orthopaedic Institute, Florida, The Steadman Clinic, Colorado, and other affiliated practices. As VP of Revenue Cycle Management, Catina is responsible for provider credentialing, managed care contracting and payer relationships, coding and billing, legislative/regulatory billing changes, insurance collection, patient collection, denials management, and monitoring various KPIs that provide insight into the financial health of OCP.

Catina has a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in business administration from Nicholls State University, Louisiana. She is a member of American College of Healthcare Executives, American Academy of Professional Coders, and Medical Group Management Association. She is a health enthusiast who has run over 15 half marathons, enjoys spin class, and, of course, spending time with her family.
