Mike Anderson, Chief Development Officer, brings over 12 years of healthcare and consulting experience to OCP. His expertise in transactional business development is integral to the continuous growth of Orthopedic Care Partners.
Orthopedic Care Partners, one of the largest private equity-backed orthopedic platforms in the U.S., is the holding company for The Orthopaedic Institute, Florida, The Steadman Clinic, Colorado, and other affiliated practices. As Chief Development Officer, Mike is responsible for the overall growth of the organization, including new practice acquisition, new physician recruiting, organic growth initiatives, and the integration of new practices.
In 2002, Mike graduated Summa Cum Laude from Duke University with his Bachelor of Science in Economics. Before joining our team, he was the Director of Bregal Partners and Principal of Lee Equity Partners (Manhattan-based private equity funds). He also worked as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company.
Mike is a stage 4 cancer survivor and a dedicated meditator. He is a husband and father to two beautiful children. In his free time, Mike enjoys playing basketball, running, and spending time with his family.
