Michael McAtee is the Chief Business Intelligence Officer of Orthopedic Care Partners (OCP). Michael started his career over 24 years ago as a Data Engineer and Analyst, and has worked with most of the top Business Intelligence tools and Data Platforms on the market today. He has spent over a decade in leadership positions to guide the development, data integration, and analysis for several Fortune 500 companies as well as private firms.

Since moving to the Nashville area 13 years ago, Michael has been primarily focused on Healthcare and Life Sciences data and has successfully lead global data organizations through migrations to new cloud platforms and world class data visualization tools. In the process, Michael has maintained his professional training in several Business Intelligence tools, Data Platforms, and coding languages.

When not working, Michael spends his time with his wife and five children on his farm.
