Abbie Graves brings nearly two decades of experience in healthcare analytics, with a background in data strategy, performance measurement, and value-based care.  Prior to joining Orthopedic care Partners, she held analytics roles at SCA Health, where she focused on building scalable reporting frameworks and supporting specialty care initiatives.

 Her work has centered on translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategy, improve performance, and support the shift toward value-based care.  She has worked closely with clinical, operational, and executive teams to align around key metrics and enable data-driven decision making across growing healthcare organizations.

Abbie earned her degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee, with a dual focus in statistics and marketing.  She is a military spouse and lives with her husband, three children, and their mini poodle, Theodore.
