Gainesville, Fla.-based Orthopedic Care Partners named Alex Dashe president of its Arizona Division.

Mr. Dashe will join OCP this week and work with outgoing Arizona Division President Paula Hecht during her transition. Effective Oct. 19, he will also serve as CEO of Tucson (Ariz.) Orthopaedic Institute.

Mr. Dashe most recently served as COO of Phoenix-based OrthoArizona, where he led operations encompassing 22 clinics and more than 80 physicians. He has more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience.

Ms. Hecht, who has served as president of OCP’s Arizona Division and CEO of Tucson Orthopaedic Institute, will remain with OCP in an advisory capacity through the end of 2026.
