Alex Dashe serves as President of the Arizona Division for Orthopedic Care Partners and Chief Executive Officer of Tucson Orthopaedic Institute. He brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience across complex physician enterprises, specialty service lines and healthcare businesses.

Prior to joining OCP, Alex served as Chief Operating Officer of OrthoArizona, one of Arizona’s largest independent orthopedic groups, where he led operations across 22 clinics, more than 80 physicians and a broad portfolio of ancillary and patient access services.

Throughout his career, Alex has held leadership roles spanning orthopedic, cardiovascular and neuroscience service lines, as well as physician practice operations throughout Arizona. His experience combines deep knowledge of the Arizona healthcare market with a strong focus on physician partnership, operational excellence and building the infrastructure needed to support sustainable practice growth.

As Arizona’s Division President, Alex leads OCP’s efforts to support its physician partners and practices across Arizona while advancing growth, access and operational performance throughout the market. At Tucson Orthopaedic Institute, he works closely with physicians and team members to build on the organization’s longstanding reputation for high-quality orthopedic care and service to the Tucson community.
