Bill Hubbard has a successful track record of more than 30 years in the healthcare industry. His healthcare journey began in the payor segment before transitioning to hospital leadership roles managing Inpatient Surgery, ASC’s, Emergency Departments, Radiology, Endoscopy units and Laboratory Services for a Charlotte, NC based healthcare system. In 2018, Bill brought his passion for working directly with physicians to Orthopaedic Care Partners.

Serving as the organization’s COO for six years, Bill and his team have helped facilitate significant growth, entry into new markets and operational enhancements to one of Florida’s largest and fastest growing Orthopaedic practices. He takes pride in developing his leaders and using a combination of extensive data and experience to drive decisions.

Bill, a US Navy Veteran, earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Florida and earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has also served in numerous board leadership positions ranging from Chamber of Commerce to large non-profit organizations.

Bill resides in the Gainesville, FL area and enjoys traveling, photography, attending concerts and sporting events with his family and fishing.
