Brenna Woods brings more than 18 years of experience in healthcare human resources, including over a decade focused specifically on orthopedic practices. Most recently, she led Human Resources at Rothman Orthopaedics and previously managed HR Operations at Penn State Health, where she supported complex, multi-site organizations through periods of growth and transformation.

Throughout her career, she has driven large-scale organizational change and operational improvements, with deep expertise in team leadership, strategic communication, leadership alignment, and change management. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Southern College.
