Ed brings over 20 years of progressive leadership and operational excellence in healthcare revenue cycle strategy to Orthopedic Care Partners. Throughout his career, Ed has consistently driven financial performance and process improvement across complex, multi-state organizations. He has led transformative initiatives including the consolidation of newly acquired entities, major enhancement of high-volume collection operations, and spearheading technology implementations that significantly enhanced revenue integrity and operational efficiency. Known for his ability to lead large-scale integrations and build high-performing teams, Ed has successfully managed RCM operations for organizations with annual revenues from $100 million to over $1.6 billion.

Ed’s career spans leadership roles at New Story Management, Axia Women’s Health, Mercy Home Health, and DaVita, where he earned a reputation for innovative problem-solving and sustainable results. Notable achievements include a 12-day DSO reduction, large recovery of previously uncollectable claims, and a 45% production increase following strategic team restructuring. He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Decision Support Systems from St. Joseph’s University. A dedicated mentor and team builder, Ed’s work in the community reflects a lifelong commitment to leadership and service.
