Kristy Reeves is an experienced organizational development and workforce strategy leader with deep expertise in employee engagement, leadership development, and data‑driven talent insights. She has worked in a variety of industries, such as healthcare, telecommunications, and manufacturing. Earlier roles at the University of Florida College of Medicine, eviCore, and Hargray Communications included leading performance management redesigns, succession planning, experiential development programs, and strategic HR partnership across diverse teams. Kristy led major workforce advisory engagements at Press Ganey, which included serving as the organization’s expert on 360/180 leadership assessments, conducting data analysis, and leading executive‑level presentations. Her most recent role within Caterpillar allowed her to lead enterprise initiatives to improve the employee experience and retention, including data-driven facility assessments, executive reporting, and guiding the enterprise engagement and lifecycle survey strategy. She holds an MBA from the University of Florida, a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Georgia Tech, and maintains SHRM‑SCP and SPHR certifications.
