Nicole leads our compliance efforts across our network, helping to promote and support a culture of ethics, integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Nicole brings more than two decades of experience in compliance, risk management, quality, and patient safety across large, multispecialty healthcare organizations. She is a proven leader in navigating complex healthcare regulations and building high-performing compliance and risk management programs that support quality, integrity, and organizational growth.

Prior to joining OCP, Nicole served as Vice President of Risk Management & Compliance at Rothman Orthopaedics, a nationally recognized leader in musculoskeletal care with over 40 outpatient locations across four states. During her tenure, she successfully led initiatives that ensured enterprise-wide compliance, advanced quality and patient safety initiatives benchmarked against Joint Commission standards for ambulatory settings while mitigating risk. Nicole is also the CEO and founder of NDC Consulting, LLC, where she advises healthcare providers on compliance and quality solutions, including support for corporate integrity agreements, HIPAA, claims and risk management, patient safety, and internal audits.

She holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University. She is certified in both Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC).
