Paul Uncanin leads enterprise strategy for payor relations and reimbursement. He partners closely with providers and payors to manage contracts, develop innovative payment models, and align financial and operational outcomes that support high-quality patient care.

Paul brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across payor, provider, and healthcare services organizations. Before joining OCP, he was Senior Vice President of Contracting and Payor Relations at Alera Health where he led national strategies across fee-for-service and value-based arrangements. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Healthcare Bluebook, Ascension, and CareCentrix, where he successfully launched new provider networks, built value-based care frameworks, and developed innovative reimbursement models that enhanced both provider engagement and patient care outcomes.

Paul holds an MBA in Health Sector Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
