Rob Passaro

Vice President, Business Development

Rob Passaro is Vice President of Business Development at Orthopedic Care Partners, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience across healthcare services, private equity–backed growth organizations, and corporate development. He has held C-suite and senior executive roles at scaled, multi-state platforms, leading growth through M&A, de novo development, strategic partnerships, recapitalizations, and operational transformation.

Passaro’s career includes senior leadership positions at CityMD, Summit Health, the New York Yankees, and most recently WIN Fertility, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Across these organizations, he played a leading role in scaling platforms, expanding networks, improving performance, and creating long-term enterprise value. Most notably, he helped grow CityMD from a five-site startup into a leading, multi-state, physician-led healthcare organization with a significant presence across the Northeast, supporting its expansion from approximately $10 million to over $3 billion in revenue between 2013 and 2023, and culminating in its $8.9 billion acquisition by Walgreens.

Earlier in his career, Passaro served as Director of Operations for the New York Yankees, where he supported the construction and launch of the new Yankee Stadium and helped transform it into a year-round, multi-purpose sports and entertainment platform.

With a foundation in finance and operations and deep experience partnering with physicians, operators, investors, and boards, he is known for bridging strategy and execution. His expertise spans market expansion, M&A execution, de novo growth, partnership development, and transaction readiness—making him a trusted leader for healthcare organizations navigating scale and transformation.

Passaro holds an MBA from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business and a BA from Fordham University and leads strategic growth initiatives, including M&A and partnership development, at Orthopedic Care Partners.
