

Rob Scoskie
Rob Scoskie is a senior healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience leading growth, development, and transformation across physician-led platforms, integrated health systems, and private equity–backed healthcare organizations. He has held senior leadership roles driving market expansion, mergers and acquisitions, de novo development, and strategic partnerships, with a consistent focus on aligning clinical excellence with sustainable financial performance.
Most recently, Scoskie has served in senior growth and development roles with Summit Health, CityMD, and Starling Physicians, where he has led strategic growth initiatives across the Northeast. His work has included supporting market expansion, advancing acquisition strategies, and guiding platform development during periods of ownership transition and organizational repositioning. He is also the Founder and President of Cartesian Management Group, an advisory firm providing growth and transaction support to healthcare providers and private equity investors.
Previously, Scoskie held executive leadership positions at Northwell Health, New York State’s largest healthcare provider, where he led ambulatory expansion, strategic ventures, and investment activities. Earlier in his career, he served in senior roles at West Penn Allegheny Health System and Schering-Plough Corporation, gaining experience across healthcare operations, business development, and managed care strategy.
Scoskie holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Services Administration from Cornell University, where he was a Graduate Fellow, and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics and Human Development, also from Cornell. He remains actively engaged as an advisor and board participant across healthcare organizations and maintains long-standing involvement in professional and community leadership initiatives.
